5 Million Meatballs

Ever had a meatball packed with the heat of 5 million Scovilles?

No?

Here’s your chance to enjoy the hottest damn meatball of all time. Each one will make you sweat, but you won’t be able to stop eating them. The secret, of course, is our Mad Dog 357 5 Million Scoville extract. But, you’ll love how fast and easy it is to get these scorchers on the table for your crowd of chiliheads.

Serves: 6
You’ll need:
For the meatballs:
1-2 drops Mad Dog 357 5 Million Scoville Extract
1½ lbs ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 onion, minced
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp each: garlic powder, pepper
oven preheated to 350°F
baking dish, such as a large, shallow pyrex dish

For the sauce:
1-2 drops Mad Dog 357 5 Million Scoville Extract
1 cup ketchup
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
½ onion, chopped
½ tsp each: liquid smoke, garlic powder

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Mad Dog 357 5 Million Scoville Extract with the other meatball ingredients. Wearing gloves, mix well and shape into 1” meatballs and set in the large baking dish. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until meat isn’t pink any longer.

Meanwhile, add the Mad Dog 357 5 Million Scoville Extract with the remaining sauce ingredients to a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. When the meatballs are ready, pour the sauce over the meatballs and return the baking dish to the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
