As if that wasn’t enough, spicy foods are also said to be a great thing for your metabolism. If you feel like you’re hitting a roadblock with your diet, try spicing it up! Peppers and hot sauce may also help add more nutrients to your diet, which is obviously a good thing for your overall health. While spicy food can’t be the cure to everything that ails you, there’s enough research out there to suggest that it’s likely packed with a variety of health benefits. Of course, you have all kinds of spicy hot options to choose from, all in the pursuit of better taste and better health.
