Garlicky Ghost Lamb Chops

maddog357.com

Wow! You’ve never, never experienced lamb chops like this before.

Fresh herbs draw out the flavor of spring lamb while the Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce and the garlic work together for an amazing kick!

And, as you place the chops into the hot pan, you’ll release aromas through the kitchen that will draw everyone to you – though we must warn you that they’ll be drooling a little bit when they arrive.

It’s a perfect dish for a spring feast, but it’s quick to whip up (really, we’re talking 15 to 20 minutes max), so you can get this on the table for four people any night of the week. It’s the sort of meal that you’ll add to your weekly rotation – just so you can take leftovers to work the next day. And, they may taste even yummier when the chops have had a chance to mingle with the fresh spring flavors and the fiery Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce.

 See, even you’re drooling already…

Ingredients

½-1 teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
¼ cup Fresh thyme and rosemary, chopped
6 cloves Garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 pounds Lamb chops
1 tablespoon Olive oil

Preparation

On a large plate, combine the Mad Dog 357 Ghost Hot Sauce with the herbs and garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper. Press lamb chops into the mixture and set aside.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until. Serve hot.
